🌟🌈⚽ INTRODUCING THE DELIGHTFUL FACES OF REPUBLICA ⚽🌈🌟 We have lots of interesting, lovely, fun and beautiful people across our club. It’s one of the things that makes Repubica such a great group to be a part of. So we thought we’d st IT FEELS SO GOOD (and slightly stiff) TO BE BACK! Here’s a round-up of yesterday’s action: Republica 1sts: 🥅Score: 4-2 to Kippax 📣Top moments: A headed goal from the towering giant Mac, and the second goal – a speculative 30 SUNDAY FOOTBALL'S BACK, BABY! See you on the sidelines at: Republica 1sts – Kippax Welfare sports & social club LS25 7BP Republica 2nds – Scott Hall Road playing fields, LS7 3JH Republica 11’s – Dewsbury Rangers footbal Time to kick off the new season! We've got lots going on this month to get excited about and get involved in. 🍻Friday 9th: Club social. We’ll be meeting at The Angel at 7.30pm for a start of season get together. All welcome! ⚽️Sunday 11th: PRE-SEASON TRAINING 📸 This week our friend @leebrown_photo popped down to our training session to snap a few shots of us as we get fighting fit for the upcoming season. It was great to see so many new (and old!) friendly faces from across all four BWCL 10 year anniversary tournament! A few of us managed to sneak in another last minute tournament before the summer comes to an end. We were down in Bristol visiting some pals from @easton_cowgirls_fc and had the chance to take part in their tour Happy birthday Roxanne, Sicily and Mosa! This week we had THREE birthdays in our 9s and 11s teams. So on Tuesday it was only right we celebrated with a squad social featuring drinks, chips and arm wrestling 🎉 "Football's coming OUT!" On Saturday we stood in solidarity with @leeds_afn at a hugely successful counter-demo against Patriotic Alternative who were targeting Drag Queen Story Time. They were massively outnumbered and their hate-filled v ⚽ We are looking for experienced players to join our 11 aside squad on a Sunday!! We play in the women's West Riding League and are ready to welcome some new players! 🌈 The club has so much to offer other than football and if you want to find out m The second biggest tournament of the year is over and we are very sad to be back in rainy Leeds!!!
